If you're not happy with your order, please return the item(s) for store credit. After your items have been returned, you can place a new order for different merchandise of the same value. All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period. All returns/exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and odor-free. If a washed or worn item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you and you will be notified.
All returns/exchanges must have all hang tags still attached.
Indicate what you are returning and why. Please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you are returning. You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us as well as recieving the new item, unless we sent you the wrong item. When your return is processed, you will be reimbursed for the item(s) returned minus the shipping costs, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
